Prints a full 1" in a single pass — no stitching — and installs like a standard cartridge, so there are no pouches and no tubes to maintain. About 4× the ink of a standard 42 mL cartridge: longer runs, fewer changeovers.

What is the difference between the Anser X1 and the X1 Lite?
The X1 Lite is a single-printhead controller built for simplicity and cost-efficiency on small and mid-size lines. The Anser X1 is the advanced option: it drives two printheads for dual-line or stitched/parallel coding, adds an IP66-rated housing for tough environments, and runs two different cartridge technologies at once. Both share the 7" touchscreen, up to 600 dpi, and XL Bulk Ink (160 mL) readiness.
Is the X1 Lite ready for 160 mL bulk ink?
Yes. The X1 Lite is bulk-ink-ready and pairs with the 1" bulk printhead and the 160 mL XL Bulk Ink Cartridge — about four times the ink of a standard cartridge — so you can lower cost per print as production grows. It is our preferred controller for the 1" 160 mL high-volume system.
Which printheads does the X1 Lite use?
The X1 Lite runs the T2 Standard and T2XL printheads, supporting 0.5" (12.7 mm) and 1" (25.4 mm) print heights in water-based and solvent ink chemistries.
Can the X1 Lite reduce ink cost?
