Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TIJ Print Solutions, Inc. (“TIJ Print Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or use tijprint.com and our distributor ordering portal (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, company name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address you provide when requesting or using a distributor account.
  • Order and quote information — products requested, quantities, purchase order numbers, order history, and related messages.
  • Communications — information you submit through contact or quote-request forms.
  • Technical information — basic usage data and information stored in your browser (such as local storage used to keep you signed in and remember your cart).

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage distributor accounts and approve access.
  • To process, fulfill, and invoice orders and respond to quote requests.
  • To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

QuickBooks Online (Intuit) Integration

We use Intuit QuickBooks Online to manage inventory, customers, and invoicing. When you place or are invoiced for an order, relevant information — such as your company name, contact details, and order line items — may be shared with Intuit to create customer records and invoices, and we may read product and inventory data from QuickBooks. Intuit’s handling of this data is governed by Intuit’s own privacy policy. We access QuickBooks only with credentials authorized by us and use the data solely to operate our ordering and accounting workflows.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including Intuit (QuickBooks Online), our hosting and database providers, and our email delivery provider, each acting on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us using the details below. You can also manage your contact details and request account changes from your account settings. Deleting your account does not remove records we are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes (such as completed invoices).

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
