Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of tijprint.com and the TIJ Print Solutions distributor ordering portal (the “Site”), operated by TIJ Print Solutions, Inc. (“TIJ Print Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility & Accounts

The Site is intended for business and distributor use. To place orders you must register for an account, which is subject to our approval. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke accounts at our discretion.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown may vary by account and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are estimates and not a guarantee of price or availability.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by us and to product availability.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are invoiced on net terms and payment is due per the invoice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at invoicing.
• Invoicing and accounting are handled through QuickBooks Online.

License to Use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes of ordering products and managing your account. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Site, or use it other than as permitted here.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe others’ rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product information, and software, are owned by or licensed to TIJ Print Solutions and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and all products and information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product specifications and availability may change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIJ Print Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TIJ Print Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
